YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Seasonal Wholesale Market Activity, ensuring dynamic and effective participation.
- Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Enter orders with precision, ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.
- Verify the accuracy of orders to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Handle order cancellations and confirmations with clarity, professionalism, and thoughtful communication.
- Resolve claims efficiently, prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Create and refine training materials that foster the growth and development of our team.
- Provide hands-on support during training sessions, guiding team members to embody the Dries Van Noten ethos.
- Oversee sample requests, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
- Contribute to our advertising efforts, helping to promote the distinct and innovative nature of the Dries Van Noten brand.

CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE - ANTWERP
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Credit Assessment support
- Evaluate new and existing customers' creditworthiness.
- Set and review credit limits for customers based on their financial status and payment history.
- Approve or decline credit applications in accordance with company policies.
Debt Collection support
- Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding debts.
- Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers, where necessary.
- Maintain records of communications and agreed payment plans.
- Helping preparing documents letter of credit and certificate of origin.
Account Management support
- Accurate booking of banks.
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure all payments are accurately posted.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and account issues.
- Preparation of various sales invoices.
- Provide statements of accounts and invoices to customers upon request.
- Accounting knowledge to perform various entries in our accounting package.
- Actively track outstanding invoices and proactively contact customers (by mail/telephone).
Reporting support
- Prepare regular reports on credit control activities, including aged debt analysis and collection performance.
- Highlight potential bad debts and make recommendations for write-offs.
- Follow up on administration for press samples between our press offices
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to manage credit risk and customer relationships.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve any issues impacting credit and collection activities.
- Collaborate with the Sample & Archive coordinator in follow up of the sample administration.
- Supporting the financial team.
- Support during stock sales (making cash register, preparing invoices...).

PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and / or Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and genuine interest in other areas of finance
- Administrative strong, accurate and organized
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Flexible and likes varied work
- Languages: fluent knowledge of Dutch and English is mandatory

RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER - ANTWERP
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES
- Project Management: Support market teams in the planning and execution of retail projects such as new store openings, providing guidance on operational requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Lead retail operations initiatives to develop and implement standards that encapsulate operational excellence and efficient retail management.
- Process & System Optimisation: Partner with global team to ensure retail processes and systems are fit for purpose and support the development of the retail operations innovation roadmap.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Support the development and localisation of new policies and procedures across markets to ensure they are relevant and practical.
- Training and store support: Host training session for new team members on Retail Operations processes and systems to ensure team have the necessary skills to operate a retail store. Support the store when needed.
- Onboarding new employees: To effectively integrate new employees into the organization by providing them with the necessary information, resources, and support to become productive and engaged members of the team.
- Inventory management: To efficiently manage the company’s inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and meet customer demand.
- Process Audits: Regularly audit market operational processes to ensure consistent execution, operational efficacy, and adherence to process.
- Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders for retail operations services in the market.
- Market Collaboration: Collaborate with market leaders to inspire the vision of the Retail Operations strategy and drive success.

- Experience in retail operations, with a strong focus on process improvement and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think strategically and align retail operations with the overall business strategy
- Proven track record of implementing operational processes and procedures in a retail environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making
- Experience creating and delivering training programs for retail operations processes and systems
- Perfect knowledge of English
- Proficient in SAP and Retail POS Systems
- Use of project management tools
