How will I know if my order has gone through?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, prepared and dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with UPS or DHL Express and are fully trackable on their websites. You can also check the status of your order at any time in the “Order History” section under Account.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or modify it, although we are unfortunately unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay) as well as a range of regional options (Ideal, Bancontact, etc.).
Do you offer gift wrapping?
During checkout, you will have the option to include a complimentary gift box and an optional gift message with your order.
Our signature gift boxes are made from environmentally friendly and climate-smart papers, using chlorine-free (TCF) pulp sourced from sustainably managed FSC-certified forests. Each box is assembled without the use of adhesives and tied with a black satin ribbon. Gift messages will be printed on a gift card and included with your order.
Do you send out fragrance samples?
Unfortunately it is not possible to send out fragrance samples, however you can explore the Dries Van Noten fragrance collection with our Discovery Sets. We also offer 2 complimentary samples of your choice with every fragrance or makeup order, and 1 deluxe sample with every fashion order.
How do I find my nearest store?
You can find your nearest Dries Van Noten store using the store locator link on the main menu.
Returns & exchange
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for full-price items and within 15 days for sale items.
- Fragrance items must be unopened with all packaging intact. We recommend choosing the same sample as your fragrance at checkout that so you can try the fragrance without opening it.
- Makeup items must be unopened with all packaging intact.
- Fashion items must be unworn with all tags attached.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.
How do I return my order?
Our boxes have been designed so that you can easily re-use them to send your returns.
Please note that in order for us to accept your return, items must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and unworn with all original packaging and tags attached.
Follow the instructions below if you are returning an order from EU or Great Britain:
1. A pre-paid return label is included in your parcel.
2. Peel off the label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, ensuring that the original label is no longer visible.
3. Place your items carefully in the box, ensuring you include the packing list with the return reasons filled before sealing the box.
4. Schedule a free pick-up or find your nearest drop-off point, using the same shipping company that delivered your order :
- DHL Express return portal. Drop-off points accessible through “find a location” menu
- UPS pick-up portal
- UPS drop-off portal
Follow the instructions below if you are returning an order from Norway:
If your original order does not contain fragrance:
1. Go to the return portal
2. Print the return label
3. Schedule a free pick-up or find your nearest drop-off point
If you are returning items from an order that contained fragrance and that was delivered by UPS (even if you are not returning fragrances):
1. Go to the UPS portal to schedule a free pick-up or find your nearest drop-off point

to request a commercial invoice printed in 3 copies, in a transparent sleeve sticked on top of the parcel.
3. Print your UPS return label and attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring that the original label is no longer visible.
Follow the instructions below if you are returning an order from the United States :
If your original order does not contain fragrance:
1. Go to the return portal
2. Print the return label
3. Schedule a free pick-up or find your nearest drop-off point

When can I expect my refund?
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the item(s) will be processed by our customer service. If we receive the item(s) in line with our returns policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has been processed.
Can I return my item(s) to a Dries Van Noten store?
We kindly request that all purchases be returned to the point of purchase, whether online or in a Dries Van Noten store.
I misplaced my return label. How do I obtain a new one?

How do I reset my password?
Go to Menu > Account > Log in > Click ‘forgot password’. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Do you send out fragrance samples?

Are your Eaux de Parfums for both men and women?
Yes, they are for all genders.

Are your fragrances formulated with natural or synthetic ingredients?
We use mostly natural raw materials (over 85%) but use synthetic ingredients where this is not possible (for example, musk).
Are your fragrances and makeup vegan?
All our fragrances are vegan.
Our satin and sheer lipsticks, and lip balm are vegan, but our matte lipstick is not as it contains beeswax.
