E-CONCESSION AND E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - ANTWERP
MISSION
We are looking for an E-Concession and E-Commerce Executive to support the growth of our online business on two strategic channels for the brand:- E-concessions. You will be in charge of preparing the launch of our first e-concession and of running the different activities required to ensure a successful business on the platform.
- E-commerce website. You will be in charge of launching and running the different language versions of the website. Additionally, you will contribute to the content update of the website.
You will be a key player in the ecommerce growth of Dries Van Noten and will report to the E-commerce Manager of Dries Van Noten.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
E-concessions
- Prepare the launch of the collection: gather and share with the partner the required product information and manage the content on the platform backend, coordinate development of content and launch collections and products online
- Manage the animation calendar to control the pricing and positioning of the brand and adapt the merchandising dynamically based on ecommerce performance across the different channels
- Monitor the visibility of the brand on the platform to ensure we optimize the visibility and brand image on the platform
- Report the commercial performance (revenue, units,..) and the operational performance (shipping efficiency, return rate,…)
E-commerce Website
- Contribute to the preparation and the upload of content on the website (product masterfile, page creation…) and take a more active role in the different ecommerce activities on ad hoc cases
- Develop / update translation guidelines in accordance to the brand tone of voice
- Centralized and content to be translated and coordinate the translations with the agencies, ensure timely delivery of the translations and the quality of the delivery (including tone of voice and alignment with the guidelines)
- Manage translation budget throughout the year
- Upload translations on the website to ensure full availability of the content in the different languages (NL and FR as a first step)
PROFILE
Experience
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience managing a brand on a fashion e-concession and / or managing a fashion ecommerce website
Competencies
- You work with a high degree of autonomy, are very rigorous, structured and dynamic
- You have strong project management skills, with the ability to monitor and meet deadlines consistently
- You have a very collaborative personality and strong communication skills, fostering the engagement of the partners involved in your projects
- You are very comfortable manipulating and reviewing high volume of data and you have a strong attention to details
- You are very familiar with the fashion world, the vocabulary and the tone of voice used by luxury fashion brands
Specific knowledge
- Mastery of the Office Pack with a focus on Excel
- Familiar with Shopify+ backend
- Familiar with Farfetch backend (Storm)
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in either Dutch or French (both are a strong plus)
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (MATERNITY LEAVE) - PARIS
MISSION
- The etailing visibility and commercial performance of the brand on our key online partners.
In this position you will be reporting to the Digital Director, and play a key role in the digital acceleration of the brand.
The position is starting in July or August for a period of 6 months.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
- Optimize the media strategy (scope, platform, format,…) in collaboration with the media agency and global media teams, to further develop the digital footprint of the brand and acquisition for the DTC ecommerce
- Analyze the on-going media performance and identify opportunities, working with the media agency through data-driven decisions and test & learn
- Develop and adapt the media calendar
- Manage media budgets
- Create / update and share with Puig markets beauty etailing guidelines
- Monitoring of merchandising and visibility and monthly follow-up with each market to optimize visibilty and performance
- Challenge markets on their objectives and visiblity (coop plan)
- Review and share with management monthly etailing report
- Further develop clienteling initiatives
PROFILE
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an etailing position managing the performance of a luxury beauty brand on key etailers and / or in a digital marketing position managing acquisition campaigns in luxury fashion or beauty

- Pragmatic, resilient and flexible, you adapt easily to the different constraints of delivering a technical project in a complex global organization. You react with agility to identify the optimal solutions to each challenge
- Deep expertise in digital media KPIs and optimization levers from awareness to retargeting (display, paid social and SEA)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Marketing platform, DV360, META Business Manager
- Mastery of the Office Pack
SALES ASSOCIATE(S) - PARIS
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on generating high quality sales across all product categories, developing strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding services
- Make sure to adapt to each client, identifying their needs and inspiring them across the Dries Van Noten creations
- Execute sales and operations in an effective and efficient manner to achieve and exceed planned daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers and peers
- Identify and handle client enquiries and concerns
- Provide a flawless selling ceremony and impeccable customer experience
- Communicate Dries Van Noten brand aesthetic, philosophy and lifestyle to the customer
- Execute constant follow-up and retention activities to nurture and develop the client portfolio
PROFILE
- At least 5 years of relevant customer facing experience in retail or another high-end service environment
- You are versatile, organized, motivated, methodical, and professional
- You have an excellent sense of customer service and a natural passion for people & service
- The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy
- A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile
- You can work in a team
- You have a good knowledge of English and French. Other languages are a major plus.
